I’ve made this Nourishing Plan lower carb, so whether you’re watching your weight or need to eat fewer carbs for health reasons, I hope this month’s meal plan will work well for you. If you’re not eating low carb, this meal plan can easily be adjusted.

As I’ve mentioned before, I have made the Nourishing Plan undated so that you can use it multiple times if you wish. There is space so you can write in the month at the top and fill in the dates under the days of the week. Feel free to look through the Nourishing Plans and take a different week from each month to better suit your family’s needs. Just print what you want. 🙂 I have separated the affirmations from the meal plan and put them in their own PDF. Everyone’s idea of eating healthy is different, and it doesn’t take long reading articles on health and food or watching YouTube videos to make it feel like we can’t eat anything. One person says “eat this”, another says “nope, that’ll hurt you; eat this instead.” It’s absolutely exhausting, especially for those of us with health problems that need to heal our bodies. What we put in our bodies can really change our health for good or bad. Each body is different, and what works for one person can be damaging to another. It’s so important that we feel after the Lord and ask Him to lead and guide us even on what we eat and to give us the strength and discipline to actually follow His guidance.

What is a Nourishing Plan? 

It is a monthly meal plan with fast days, biblical affirmations and weekly Bible verses. The Nourishing Plan was made to help you nourish spirit, soul and body.

What is included? 

  • An introduction page explaining each section of the plan.
  • The monthly meal plan which includes fasting days; daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner; and weekly dessert and snack ideas. 
  • Verse(s) of the week.
  • Three grocery list templates (please note: these are templates only, not a shopping list). 
  • A “cheat sheet” with verses of the week.
  • Fourteen biblical affirmations to last two weeks. They will be repeated for the remaining two weeks.
