May God himself, the God who makes everything holy and whole, make you holy and whole, put you together -spirit, soul, and body- and keep you fit for the coming of our Master, Jesus Christ. The One who called you is completely dependable. If he said it, he’ll do it!

Nourishing Spirit, Soul & Body is a place for Christians to find encouragement in their walk with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Nourish means to sustain; to supply what is necessary for life, health, and growth; and to strengthen or build up. Often, when we think of the word nourishing, we only think of the body. Let’s change the way we think and start making sure our spirit and soul are nourished, too.
